Responsibilities:

- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, and other decorative displays
- Ensure that all floral arrangements are visually appealing and meet quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues

-Answering phone and taking detailed orders

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a retail shop florist with minimum 2 years
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
- Ability to design and create unique and visually appealing floral displays
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and orders

Must be available for flexible working hours and be  available for early mornings and late finishes when needed occasionally at peak times (i.e Christmas / Valentines / Mother's Day)
