Responsibilities:

- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, and other decorative displays
- Ensure that all floral arrangements are visually appealing and meet quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues

-Answering phone and taking detailed orders

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a retail shop florist with minimum 2 years
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
- Ability to design and create unique and visually appealing floral displays
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and orders

• Assist with conditioning
• Assist with inventory of stock - fresh flowers / plants / gifts
• Increase team productivity by assisting designers create floral and non floral arrangements for any occasion or event.
• Prepare containers and oasis for floral design.
• Ensure shop and workrooms are clean and tidy at all times and end of day.
• help organise / route up deliveries
• Assist with deliveries if needed.
• Assist with inventory control.

Experience:

• retail experience needed
• experience with POS system (training will be given)
