Refund policy

We are happy to provide refunds, exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following criteria is met :

• Flowers or plants have been cared for in accordance with the care instructions provided.
• We are notified about any issues with the order within 2 days of purchase, delivery or collection.
• The item is either returned to us or photograph of the order is provided by email
